SITE CRITERIA
Location! location! location!
The ideal site is one with great visibility that generates steady customer traffic, it would be your first step to successful business. However, for the footprints, Liyin USA offers a wide range of flexibility to our franchise partners. In the past years of growth, we’ve gained a lot of experience in adapting Liyin’s concept to many different footprints. This keeps franchisees focused on looking for a good spot.
Below are two main store concepts, including Kiosk Store and Dine-in Store.

The footprints may be between 400-1000 sq ft.

The footprints may need 1000+ sq ft.
STEPS TO BE LIYIN FAMILY
STEP1: INQUIRY
Fill out Franchise Inquiry Form if you are interested in learning more about becoming Liyin Family
STEP2: INITIAL DISCOVERY CALL
Once your inquiry form is received, a member of our franchise development team will contact you to learn more about your business plan and experience.
STEP3: JOIN PROSPECTIVE FRANCHISE SEMINAR
After talking with our team, if you are qualified, you will receive an invitation to our Prospective Franchisee Seminar. We will share more information and our experiences with you.
STEP4: SIGN AGREEMENT
If both parties would like to move forward, you will receive FDD for review and sign back agreements for processing.
STEP5: SITE SELECTION
We will help you evaluate potential locations you find and support you design floor plan and 3D rendering drawing.
STEP6: CONSTRUCTION
Once floor plan is confirmed, you will start city permit and construction by yourself. Of course, you could always consult us if you have any questions during construction.
STEP7: TRAINING
Training will take place in a HQ designated location until you pass all evaluations including hands-on training and management courses. You will learn all about the brand and the ins & outs of the store’s operations and management.
STEP8: GRAND OPENING
Once your store is ready and have mastered training, you’re ready to open! Our members will assist with your grand opening event and you and your team will operate under our supervision.
